Taking Stock and Setting Way Forward:
Shelter and Police Response on Gender Based Violence during COVID 19

Evidence and experience are showing that during pandemic women and girls are at risk of facing discrimination and violence. COVID-19 preparedness and response efforts must be responsive to this situation by strengthening services vital to address such risks. However, the essential services including women-shelters and police departments had restricted resources and limited capacities to respond to GBV in the context of COVID-19. To advocate on the availability of efficient and sensitive services including Police and shelters for GBV survivors during pandemic, Rozan is inviting you on our 4th webinar of the series on Wednesday, 16th September, 2020 at 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (PST).
