We work with:
- Survivors of violence and other vulnerable groups that reach out for support.
- Individuals that Rozan recognizes as essential change agents; young people, state duty bearers and civil society actors.
- Collectives such as local communities and local state apparatus.
- Institutions (police and shelters/women crisis centers) where institutional reform and policy change is sought.
Rozan currently has four programs:

Aangan (Children and Youth’s Program): works as a resource centre on the emotional health of children and youth, focusing on Child Sexual Abuse (CSA).

Zeest (Women’s Program): works on the emotional health of women focusing on issues of gender and violence against women (VAW).

Rabta (Police Trainings & Reforms Program): works with the Police to create capacity and ownership to deal with issue of violence against women and children.

Humqadam (Men’s Program): conducts research on masculinities and works with men and boys in the community to mobilize them against Violence Against Women (VAW).
