Rozan has always believed that youth can be change agents in society and play a key role in supporting & taking forward Rozan’s mission. Rozan started its Internship Program in 2007 and has already completed 21 Internship cycles, training over 100 young men and women. Rozan’s Internship Program was initiated to provide youth with an opportunity to build sensitivity, understanding and commitment on social issues, with practical exposure to working in the development and human rights sector in an environment that is supportive and challenging. Rozan’s Internship program has been structured and designed as a four-month curriculum specifically for interns. The emphasis of the curriculum is on personal and emotional growth and awareness in relation to sensitization on issues such as violence against women, child sexual abuse and sexual and reproductive health. In addition, opportunities to develop skills such as facilitation skills, report writing and presentation are also provided within the program.
Four-month internships are offered twice a year.

No previous experience is required. Only individuals who are willing to work 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm may apply. A nominal stipend is provided to deserving individuals to cover transport.
At the end of the training program, individuals who have demonstrated motivation and potential are given preference for further job opportunities within Rozan
SPONSOR AN INTERN:
By Donating Rs. 20, 000 (Paid as Rs. 5000 a month stipend to the intern) you can sponsor an intern at Rozan for his/her four month placement. Rozan bears all other costs for training and placement.
