A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with the National Police Academy for the years of 2004-2007 to conduct courses on stress management and attitudinal change for the officers of law enforcement agencies of Pakistan . According to the MoU, two courses have to be organized on stress management in each year.

Rabta's work with the National Police Academy (H-11, Islamabad ) covers the following three work areas:

• Institutionalization of Attitudinal Change Module
• Conducting Stress Management Courses
• Organizing need based trainings and seminars
