A training module on attitudinal change was developed by Rozan for police officers at the behest of the National Police Academy Islamabad. The module has been formally approved by the National Police Training Management Board (NPTMB) in July, 2006. Based primarily on Rozan's extensive work with the Police, spanning over a period of seven years, the training module aims to transform attitudes of the policemen and women through a process that: - creates an understanding of self,
- enhances skills for healthy personality development, and
- increases knowledge and sensitivity to key social issues.
The training module has been developed for three levels: - Level One: Constables to Head Constables
- Level Two: Assistant Sub Inspectors, Sub Inspectors, and Inspectors
- Level Three: Assistant Superintendents of Police Under Training ( ASsP UT )
To institutionalize this module into all police colleges, schools, and centers, Rozan conducted two Training of Trainers (TOT) with 66 police instructors from the police's training colleges, schools and centers from all over Pakistan . This module's sections are: - Self-Awareness
