Visitors using our services (such as the Volunteer Form, Supporter Form, etc.) or contact us via e-mail (for general information, for counseling, or for any other reason) are required to provide us with some personal details (such as your e-mail address, should you want us to reply to your query) without which we cannot process your query. This information is not shared with anyone and is used only for Rozan's internal purposes; i.e. for contacting you or sharing information with you.

If any demographical information is gathered about you (such as your age, sex, etc.), this data is used only for statistical purposes. For an example of what we mean by "statistical purposes", read Aangan's "Analysis of 200 Letters from Victims and Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse" (61kB PDF file). The statistics reported in that analysis include metrics such as sex and age group break-ups (i.e. how many of the letter writers were boys and how many were girls, and what their ages were when they wrote to us).

At no time will Rozan or Rozan.org share, give, or sell any of your personal information to anyone or any organization.
