Rozan trainers have hands on community experience and specialization in the areas of gender, self-growth, child sexual abuse, violence against women, counseling skills, team building skills, facilitation skills, and the training of trainers.

Most Rozan trainers have a psychology or a social sciences background. Personal self-growth of the trainers is an inherent feature of Rozan trainers.
