Rozan has designed sensitization and capacity building trainings on issues of emotional health, adolescents reproductive health, gender, and violence against women and children. Rozan has four main training areas: A) Sensitization to Social Issues These trainings enable participants to understand the dynamics and impact of the issues, deal with personal blocks regarding those issues, and understand the misconceptions surrounding them.
