Rozan has designed sensitization and capacity building trainings on issues of emotional health, adolescents reproductive health, gender, and violence against women and children.

Rozan has four main training areas:

A) Sensitization to Social Issues

These trainings enable participants to understand the dynamics and impact of the issues, deal with personal blocks regarding those issues, and understand the misconceptions surrounding them.

B) Emotional Health Enhancement

These trainings enable participants to gain awareness and insight into their feelings, behavior, and attitudes, and helps them develop skills for handling day to day conflicts, stressors, etc.

C) Capacity Building

These trainings enable the participants to develop the right attitude, skills, and knowledge to work on issues of gender, violence, and emotional and reproductive health.
