Rozan's team consists of psychologists, social workers, volunteers, and supporters. Rozan has a eight-member Board of Governors consisting of five women and three men. The Rozan Board consists of one psychiatrist, two doctors, a banker, three professionals, and one social worker. The Board has also appointed four members as Working Directors. These four along with the Managing Director and Co-director constitute the Working Committee of Rozan and each has a specific function. For example, the Co-Director and Managing Director are responsible for separate programmatic areas and units of Rozan. One staff member is also part of the Working Committee. This ensures that the decision making process facilitates employees and their voice can be presented appropriately. 

The role of the Board is to provide overall direction and guidance to Rozan programs and to ensure integration among these programs. Long term policy decisions are approved by the Board.
