INTERNSHIP CYCLE 8 

Are you a motivated, sensitive, energetic and talented young person, wanting to work on social issues? Do you wish to learn and explore your potential, while working in a friendly and encouraging work environment? Would you like to interact with diverse groups?

ROZAN (an NGO) has an exciting and innovative ‘4 months Internship Program’ (March-June 2011) for young individuals, who are preferably Masters in Psychology, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, MBA HR & MIT and have the ability to work in a team. Selected individuals will go through a specially designed and extensive training program, with a focus on self-development, in-depth understanding of social issues and learning of various skills for working in the social sector. At the end of the training program, individuals exhibiting motivation and potential will be given preference for further job opportunities within Rozan.

No previous experience is required. Only individuals who are willing to work 5 days a week from 9:00 to 5:00 may apply.

A nominal stipend is provided which does not cover the cost of residential facility for outstation interns. Only completers can apply.
