Initiated in November 2008, Humqadam is a three-phase program of Rozan envisaged to work with boys and men.

The program aims at creating spaces for men to engage on the issue of gender-based violence and to explore
alternative, healthier models of masculinities, with a special emphasis on involving men and boys in stopping violence against women.
